Laura Haining Jewellery is based in central Scotland. Please see below to view the service that applies to your order, along with anticipated shipping times.
We aim for in stock items to be dispatched next business day except customised or commission pieces which will take longer. A business day refers to a day that is not Saturday, Sunday, or a national holiday.
FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE MAINLAND UK, NORTHERN IRELAND, AND OUTLYING ISLANDS, WE OFFER:

Flat Rate £2.60 for orders under £100
Delivery is free for orders over £100
We aim to dispatch orders placed Monday to Friday the next business day. Any orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched Monday except bank holidays (UK only).
Please note, we do not refund our postage costs.
NAME ON PACKAGE
Please only use a name you have accompanying documentation to support on your delivery. If your parcel needs to be collected from a local post office, you will need in most cases to be able to confirm your identity. For this reason we urge you to avoid names, pseudonyms, or screen-names that may cause issues to verify at your local post office.
We cannot accept responsibility for failure to deliver because of this reason.
Laura Haining Jewellery cannot be responsible for any transit losses caused due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please ensure your address is entered correctly at the time of purchase. If your address is incorrect please contact us immediately.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with an item purchased at Laura Haining Jewellery you can return it to us unworn within fourteen (14) days of receipt of item(s) for an exchange or refund by following the steps outlined below.
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition in order to be accepted as a return. No refund or exchange will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled.
Refunds are not possible for earrings for hygiene reasons.
Very rarely, small errors can occur during the crafting process. Please email us with your issue and return your package to us for inspection.
Please note, we only accept genuinely faulty goods and cannot be responsible for acceptable general wear and tear or damage. Faults do not include damage which has been caused by customer action. Our specialists will either repair your faulty goods, or replace as necessary.
